Like a previous reviewer, I also purchased a LivingSocial pass, which cost me $20 for 3 games and a show rental. On that particular day, I was also able to score a B1G1 free deal, so in all, I got two passes (6 games, 2 show rentals) for only $20! It was an awesome deal, no matter where you are bowling but even more so since it is $13/game here at Bowlmor. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and we were directed to the 4th floor. They have lanes on all floors, but I am assuming the receptionist just tries to fill each floor so that the number of people is never too overwhelming. There is a slight nightclub atmosphere even in broad daylight due to the "hostess" desk right when you walk in. The elevator is operated manually so it might take some time for it to come pick you up. Hubby and I were assigned to Lane 31. I noticed that there were many couples, as well as families. Was there some kind of kid special going on, because $13/game is QUITE expensive especially if you have 3 rugrats running around! It is dimly lit with neon colored pins, plus there are huge projector screens plastered on top of the lanes so that you can watch sports games while you bowl. I am not a sports fan so this did not entice me whatsoever. If we ever got a deal again, I'd definitely come back.. But not for $13/game, that's too rich for my blood!

I had a great time at Manor West on a Saturday night! The music was great, i loved the interior/space and there was a super fun crowd. It was definitely full when I was there and got more so at the end of the night. I think it's gaining in popularity... We danced on the wall and the bottle service seating areas are worth it! Good place for a birthday party. This is where you should go instead of the overpriced/overrated Union Square clubs, with all the pretty people and none of the bouncer attitude & ridiculous lines. Compared to Vessel and/or Ruby Skye, this place is refreshing. But clubbing is definitely the type of scene here, don't come looking for some laid-back bar scene or the best drinks of your life. And for the record, Arash the owner, was an absolute man of awesomeness when I dealt with him. I lost my phone, notified the club and he personally went out of his way to get it back to me the next weekend. This guy is invested in his business and it shows. My friends who have purchased tables or hosted birthdays here have said the same thing: reasonable and super nice. I'd say give this new place a shot. Wear your dress and heels!
