Went here for 8Bit SF a couple days ago and everything went extremely well. The staff really knows what they're doing, and you can't get away with anything SO DON'T TRY IT. Security is on point. The bartenders are good and like to make drinks. The sound is always great, and they have visuals for most bands. Anyways, go here, don't try to sneak in booze, and pay attention to it being all ages/not

STK was awesome every step of the way. Went on a crowded Thursday night. Had an 8pm reservation, but one of my crew was late. Not a problem...the hostess told us to chill at the bar for as long as we wanted, and once we'd had a couple of drinks, she got us seated immediately. Speaking of the bar, it was hopping and the drinks were strong and good. So far so good. I had the mini big mac appetizer with foie gras, which was just insanely good. We actually ordered a second plate of them. Entrees were very good too. I had skate which was just fantastic. Great service from start to end. My only gripe was that it was a bit too loud for dinner, but even that gripe is evened out by the fact that the loud music was really good. So I wasn't too bummed. Really good spot. I will definitely go back.

If you are playing "tour guide" for the weekend and you are showing your friends around downtown this is a good place to take them and take a break from all that walking. Came here Sunday to watch football with the guys and have a couple beers. They have multiple projectors showing almost all the games that are playing. The Bay Area teams take up the big projector spot. We all ordered a 23oz Hef. which costs $10 a glass!!! The garlic fries don't compare to they quality you get at the Giants Stadium. Other than the price gouging, this is a good place because of the "sports bar" environment.
