I recently went to Parish for dinner and after staring at the menu for a while I decided to have the fried green tomatoes and the stuff catfish.  I think that I could have that meal at least once a week and never get tired of it.   I loved the atmosphere at Parish, and the fact that they have bottomless wine for $20.  The staff was very friendly.

The staff here is rock and roll. Bartenders taking shots with customers, door men grooving with the waitresses. The food's okay, but beware of the bottle dance!
