The Neighborhood Wednesdays are for sure worth coming out for. Performances by local artists, who doesn't want to support that. Especially for hip hop and rap music, the city is becoming harder to find a decent spot to watch/host these performers. They def get stars for that one. Monday thru Thursday, you will rarely catch me out in the nightlife. I'm a pretty intense college student. I work and play hard. But to play hard, I know that I must work hard, so I can't fall off with that aspect of it. Last night was just what I needed. I decided to let my hair down on a weekday! A great venue. Friendly door bouncers , greeters and bartenders. Had one drink, which was worth it and the price for $7. Two rooms split and everyone seemed to be having a good time. Signed up on the guestlist and was free. Overall, just a really chill spot. I would for sure go again on a Wednesday. Plus-they had a bunch of food carts outside before and after the event. Check it out.

"No, I will not dance with you, John...so quit asking." ...and it's a good thing I didn't, as he had as much rhythm as a pigeon on PCP, with his arms flailing all over the place; knees a' wobblin', etcetera. But he was not chastised, nor was he alone. There were many rhythm-less weekend warriors cutting up the backyard cement on Salsa Sunday. That's what makes this joint A-1 in my book. No attitude, no drama, no business but booty-bumping, drinking....good times. The better dancers are more than happy to groove with your sorry ass too. Oh, and Shuffleboard - don't get me started, I just can't get enough. This is a great place to people-watch; bring your shades so you can play x-ray superman (crotch-watching...don't judge me, we all do it ~ hush!) The Margaritas are decent, but I must confess: I don't like drinking from plastic cups ~ feels a tad ghetto. I need something more substantial pressed up against my lips. Ahem! Or should I say... AMEN. Cinco Estrellas!
