by tina r. on Another one of those I just need to get out and have a damn drink places!! It's a casual laid back place to just chill after a long day... I love it!! The drinks were good the prices even better and the people all friendly. It's a matter of choice as far as environment goes but if all you want is to hang out,shoot pool,relax, meet cool people & of course drink this is the place for you!! I will defiantly be back again son :)
by mazzy r. on MJQ was the go to spot back in my single days. I've since left Atlanta, but i spent many a wild night at that place (especially back when it was below the Ponce Hotel and the dance floor was about 4x4). The "new" location underground was within stumbling distance to my old place. Good times. One thing I would not recommend is dancing barefoot at MJQ. Or staying until it closes when they turn up the lights, and you realize how filthy the bar really is. Or how weird looking the dude is that you've been making out with for the last two hours. Serious buzzkill.
