by James W. on It's tough to review a place that's so far out of my price range, because I can ALWAYS cook better food at home for a fraction of the price. Thankfully, we had a $50-off coupon, allowing my mind to relax and take an honest perspective of this touristy special-occasion-style restaurant-on-a-boat. I decided to have the duck, since I've never had duck, and this kind of place probably knows how to do it right. Well, I discovered I don't really like duck. I can't tell you if it was worth $29 or not. We also had the mozzarella+basil+tomato appetizer, which we determined was absolutely worth the price. The best part of my meal was the fried rice side, which was cooked in a perfect ensemble of toasted sesame oil, ginger, and mushrooms (perhaps even some oil-de-mushroom, or something). We ended with an Irish and French coffee, which almost floored us. I will probably never eat here again. However, if you live in Philadelphia, you should at least once. It's great food of the highest quality.
by van n. on it's cuz i said never. i said there's never a line and last nite at bridges i spent half an hr waiting for valet and almost another hour in line. freezing. in my bday slut suit. i had fun anyways cuz the music was soooo good! as always! thank u to my lovely friends for bein positive when i wasn't. so warning: on one nite of the month (the last saturday) there is a gigantic hollywood sized line.
