Food: Overall excellent. The white pizza was surprisingly good. The cana de cabra goat cheese was perfectly pungent and well balanced with the salty sopressatta and peppery arugula. I don't usually get pizzas unless I'm at a pizzeria, but this one's a winner. My dining partner's chicken with brussel kimchi and soy reduction was also very tasty. Perfectly cooked chicken with nice crispy skin, the kimchi wasn't too strong and I really need the recipe for the soy glaze. Everything else on the menu looked equally tasty and I had a hard time choosing. I will say however that the menu is ALL OVER THE PLACE! kimchi, spanish chorizo, artisan cheeses, mac&cheese! it's all probably good, and I'm looking forward to going back to try more, but there's absolutely no focus there! Drinks: a couple good beers on the menu and some tasty looking cocktails. Can't comment too much more than that, though as a beer guy, I was reasonably happy. Value: Prices are about right for what we got. The entrées can get a bit steep if you add a lot of sides (since they don't come with sides otherwise), but if you don't over order, you'll be very satisfied. Ambiance: I've read a few reviews commenting on the "cheap" decor. Frankly I did notice it when I was there (before reading the reviews), but really thought nothing of it the moment the food was on the table. I actually like the feel of the place and am happy that it's just down the street from our place. Romantic, Hip, Fun... Service: Excellent. Recommended for foodies and dates.

What a nice surprise.  After reading some of these reviews, I was a tad concerned about coming here on Saturday for the Pink and Black party.  I think the word "ghetto" is tossed around a little too liberally on this site.  Last time I checked, different races congregating in the same venue does not make it "ghetto." The bar is not cash-only anymore.  I ran a tab and the bouncers even let me back inside at closing when I forgot to retrieve my card.  I thought the crowd was great and the staff was friendly.  I even danced...like crazy.  This doesn't happen too often. Ian Ross ( http://www.ianrossart.com) was there, executing a live art show and had pieces displayed throughout the bar.  It seems like this venue holds different events, from live music, to art shows, private parties and different theme nights. I will definitely be coming back and I would highly suggest checking it out.  I'm under the impression that the crowd changes from night to night.  That said, check the website, find your niche and check out 330 Ritch.
