by Ravi B. on I did not like their boba tea. I have had better. My favorite thing to get, however, is their whole wheat cream cheese bread. I guess the "whole wheat" makes me feel better getting it because most Korean treats are really fattening. This location is much bigger and nicer than the Pleasant Hill one though and it is a great study place.
by Natalie T. on Bubble lounge is a cute place!! We came here last night for a birthday party and we got there around 11. Parking was completely terrible! The $10 lot was full which forced us to park far for $20 and a cab for $5 each way which made it $30 for parking! After getting to the lounge, we see a pretty long line. The birthday girl's boyfriend came out to tell the bouncer that my boyfriend, friend and I were part of their party so that we can get in without the wait, but the bouncer denied the request so we had to go stand in the line. As we approached the bouncer, he said "oh ladies free tonight." Also saying it to a group of girls that were behind us... I figured he was trying to flirt or something considering there is no cover period. We finally got in and it was pretty crowded. The ambiance was nice and decor was beautiful. They have a very extensive menu for wine and champagne. We had a table but the server was very slow and sometimes we had to go looking for her to get our drinks which sucked. The dance floor and the bathrooms are located downstairs. The dance floor area isn't a place for the claustrophobic people or really tall people. The ceiling feels like it's coming down on you and the air feels humid! The dance floor area is a bad idea considering there is no ventilation for the room full of wild drunks who are dancing while the sweat and fill the room with a scent of their body odor. They do provide fans however, but it just feels like they're just making it even more humid. I would come here to enjoy the drinks and lounge with some friends.
