I came here a friends birthday a few weeks ago and the music is poppin! Love the hip hop jams! It's not like the clubs nowadays with the house/rap/dance music. This place plays constant hip hop in one room. The other room plays reggae music. Cool little place, would come again.

I went opening weekend. Overall the crowd was dressed well. Music was actually mixed so that was exciting. I was lucky enough to be able to skip the long line that was at least two blocks long... If I had to wait in that line I would have opted for a different club. There was plenty of space in the club but the designated area for the dance floor was too small. I agree with the other review that the placement of the sofas on the dance floor restricted the space and was awkward. The clubs decor was nothing special. One good thing was you won't be too hot in that club because it is large space. My biggest complaint was not enough bar tenders. By the way I think Will's review looks fake..... Even with all of my complaints I would still go back to this club because I had fun with my friends.

what a great vacation from your normal mission scenester bar! the convenience of the mission can be a curse as well as a blessing. there are so many bars here, that it is hard to justify jumping on a bus or hailing a cab someplace else. but so many of the bars are the same, sometimes i can't remember if i went to cassanova or delirium or what. but little baobab is the mission's hidden jewel. i managed to talk some friends into going here last night for what was supposed to be "french and african hip hop." it wasn't, it was reggae and old school hip hop, but what does it matter? everyone here is dancing. i can't remember the last time i went someplace where EVERYONE was. even my too cool scenester friends found themselves shakin it. and thats why i say its a vacation from the mission. the place is so packed there is no time to worry about what other people are doing or thinking. there is only room to dance. and we did
