I came to Slide for Halloween, so it wasn't free cover. We had a table and the bottle service was satisfactory. The tables are far enough apart so that you aren't cramped up against other tables, but there is nothing to separate VIP from the regular dance floor. Hence, it can get a little crowded with random drunk people falling over & into your seating area. Other than that, I would get bottle service here again. Music was OK - your typical top 40 mashup, nothing special. Drinks were better at the beginning of the night (bartenders started to get lazy once it got busy) - nothing to rave about. There is only one DJ and one general dance floor area, so things can get a little boring / monotonous if you aren't on a good level of drunkenness. It's pretty small, but so are most SF clubs. Decor is nice, but nothing too memorable other than the slide entrance. Overall, an A-OK club for SF. I'd recommend for mixed groups of girls & guys, particularly because of the door policy and no-cover on regular nights. I'd also recommend the bottle service - not sure if I'd come back here without it.

i've been to eve twice... (1) 9 pm on a friday night...it wasn't too crowded...we were able to get drinks at the bar quickly...however, please do not order the lemongrass gimlet ($10)...it's not very good! (2) they have happy hour until 7 pm which is $2 off drinks...i love getting the vodka with ginger beer...i ordered 3 drinks & paid ($4/drink)... overall, i think the decor is nice & it's nice to have another bar to hit up for happy hour...if you like john colins you'll definitely like eve!

Yeah for a club that plays real 80s music and doesnt give you some cooler than thou attitude about it. Yeah for a club that offers 2 4 1 drinks from 9 to 10:30pm. Yeah for a club that has two different dance floors, playing different music including one that is synced up to video screens. Yeah to a club that draws a diverse crowd and no one cares. Yeah for for the Cat Club. Enjoy!
