by Calvin W. on I can't stop laughing at how bad this place is. Came with a decent group, 1:1 girl/guy ratio. I can describe this place in three words: Fake, Pretentious, Overrated. Fake: Not letting people in so the line looks long to make the club look like its completely packed when its not. Pretentious: A group of LA's finest D-bags rolled up into the bottle service line flashing money and got in *sigh*...LA, I love you but I hate you so much sometimes... Overrated: 3 stars? What are you people smoking? Seriously, I'd really like to have what you're having because you guys were probably tripping balls in line thinking you were in the club. Must have been some dank ass shit.
by Jerry Measeck on I went here last night for a birthday party. Did not think it would be that crowded because it was raining and cold, but I was surprised to find the club very full. I was surprised that this place only got 2.5 stars, but it's because usually people that review on rateclubs are not your typical "club people" and they do not like loud music and crowds. IMO this place had good music, a good crowd, and most everyone was having a good time. It reminded me a lot of club you would find in Vegas or LA. They even had Hot Go-Go dancers. We went on a Thursday, so there was no cover and no line. I hear this place has a long line and a cover on the weekends, which makes sense. So you probably want to get there early if you do not want to wait in a huge line. The music is good for dancing, a mix of Hip Hop and House. There a lot of hot girls and guys, so it can be crowded. The drinks are expensive, but that's pretty typical for a club. Everyone is having fun, but that means there are going to be drunk people. A good mixed crowd of young, older, and all different ethnic groups. I'm a fan, and I plan to go back.
by Evelia Slightam on Good drinks/food, but it's a bit over-crowded. horns on the wall?? i tried to sneak into the upstairs party (2nd level), but that party was a boring barmitzvah so i just stayed on the ground floor... the elevator is european style--ground floor is the 1st level and the 1st floor is the 2nd floor...
