by michelle y. on I don't get what the big deal about g lounge is. I've been here 2x in the past 3 months... can't say I've had a great time. I don't know if it's the ambience or the people i was with... but I'd rather go bar hopping in old city with no cover than come back to g lounge. The dance floor is tiny and gets in the way of the main bar. You literally have to push through to get to the main bar. Probably won't be going back on my own accord.

With plenty of room for the 3 of us to dance freely without having to be knocked over or pushed around by mindless meat heads up against everyone else. Probably wont go back.
by Judi Vanboerum on I was told that they have a good mojito here, and they do; it was probably the second- or third-best mojito that I have had north of Miami. I watched three different bartenders make them each time, and there were no shenanigans with the ingredients. Nice work. I was here on a Saturday, but it wasn't too crowded. Later in the evening, much of the bench seating along the wall opened up. Apparently this is because many patrons emigrated to the silly dance room in the back. I was dragged into that room myself and would have been happy to stay if I had known at the time that instead I would be subjected to the black hole of fun that is Pangaea next door.
