by S. K. on My purse was stolen from right behind my back in a "VIP" booth at Kress on the 3rd floor "club" level but I visited all levels including the almost empty rooftop level. Talk about a low-class ghetto clientele. This place has obviously seen better days; I never would've gone in the first place if I hadn't given one if the promoters a ride there. Security and managers did absolutely nothing to help find my bag, even after I offered a $500 reward. Ironically, my Gucci hand bag and wallet were found the next day (minus my iPhone, camera and cancelled credit cards) but still had my checks and library card (probably because they cant read!) if you consider yourself a classy, intelligent person, avoid this hell hole at all costs! If you do go, don't let your purse out of your sight!
by James M. on Tuesday's at 330 Ritch is pretty cool. I went here not too long ago with a couple of friends for a birthday celebration on a Tuesday night. I couldn't imagine how packed it was on a weekday. Good vibe and mixed folks. Plus, the dj's know what to spin. No commercial hip hop and very laid back urban grooves. Don't get me wrong, the dj's definitely know how to rock a crowd. The place is just one big room with bars on the left and right side of the room. No frills just good music and people.
