Ugh. TERRIBLE. The bouncers outside will be rude to you and boss you around if you even ask them just where to stand. There's no discernible line, either. And when there is some semblance of a line, it's not a guarantee to get in (even when you're on the list) because there is a mob of people on the cell phones crowding the front, calling "their peeps" to get them in quicker. This is not only the embodiment of the typical "Hollywood" stereotype, but it's not even worth the experience once you DO get in (if the bouncer doesn't decide he won't let you in because you asked where to stand for the list line, since your friend has a table. Yes. My friends had a table and the bouncer told me I wasn't getting in, "It's not gonna happen. I don't like that shirt." Meanwhile, I've worn that particular shirt to this same club twice before and to many other Hollywood clubs. He was just an ass. He even barked at the pretty girls who had a table, and also every single cab that tried to drop off customers. He even told one car full of guys asking if that was the club "no...it's down the street" because he didn't like the way they looked. Also, the club is supposed to open at 10pm. We were told "make sure you're there BY 10pm, because it gets crazy." We show up at 9:45 and are told they don't open until 10:15. We came back at 10:10 and were told they don't open until 10:30, and to wait on the side. Then that's when (at 11pm) the bouncer who had been looking at me for an hour finally decided to not let me and my friend (a pretty girl) in. The other times I've gone and have gotten in, they do this, then when you get in there is no one in there. Also, my former company had a huge party there, and had hundreds of people on the list. Once we got in there, the rules kept changing on us, and many many of my friends, clients, and old co-workers couldn't get in. This place is full of "hollywood b.s." and is not worth your time. Go to a more friendly place like The Well, El Bar, Lola's, or any of other dozens of Hollywood spots that treat their patrons with at least even the slightest of respect. Because this establishment does NOT.

With the same name as a ride at Great America, I figured this place couldn't be great, but I was definitely wrong! They had good music, a fun dance floor and a good crowd. The only downside is that it is a cash only bar, although they do have an ATM inside, but STILL, what's up with cash only bars these days?!

Once upon a time this venue was a serious contender in showcasing its Ol'Skool flavor. However they went the way of...well...uh....ummm...lets just say after a few drinks it sounded hypnotic? Not your kind of place to get some serious groove on! Nice decor tho'

They used to be up and coming where the Baby Boomers/Gen X'rs hoped they would carry on the ol'skool genre...for a while all looked promising and became the talk of the town...then management opted to go with techno crap-o and all went crapoooey
