by Douglas O. on On a whim, we opted to head over here last Friday after dinner at One Midtown. Not too crowded to get in, and the place was manageable. I hear the music on Thursday is more what I would be interested in, but it was great to people watch. The Strawberry Martini was a !0!! nice decor, great upscale feel. The techno dancefloor was dead, could do better if they would switch it up. Huge perk, the people were AMAZING eye candy, no complaints there! Egos were not too bad either... PS - the no ego could be that the girl that accompanied was a complete knock out that night and stole all the attention when she walked into the room!
by Jordan Zack on I write this review on behalf of myself and the late Robert P. (now of the rateclubs deceased) who went here on a mini vacay last month. OMG. I mean seriously...OMFG! So down in LA, we had our choice of 2 different venues to do our drinkin': The Factory with "Club Papi" - clean, pretty men, lots of drinks ending in "tini"....OR Circus Disco, which is located in a ghetto area of Santa Monica, for a special event put on by http://BiLatinMen.com. God, it wasn't even really a choice...Y'all know how we roll! Circus Disco it is! Not to go too overboard, here are some highlights: -3 MONSTROUS clubs all combined into one. 1000's of hot messes everywhere. -Drink stations every 10 feet, though drinkies were a bit pricey. -Outdoor "Taco Bar" and huge patio -All, and I mean ALL brown people in attendance shakin' their thing like there was no tomorrow. The 3 white people there were still treated very well, though. -Great music and strong drinks -Seeing a guy passed out on a lounge couch with a huge pee stain on his crotch letting random strangers come by and "have their way with him" if you know what I mean. Priceless! I cannot tell you how much fun (or how much mischief) we got into there, but suffice it to say I would go again in a heartbeat. Definitely a good time in the 'hood!
by Mrs. G. on It was fun... not outrageous... but good. enjoy the music for a while... have a drink... then go to the next place, and the next place, and the next place. there are so many bars/clubs to check out in the area that you are almost expected to hop around. Good enough to add to the mix.
