by Limor M. on Prices here are great. $20 gets you dinner and a drink....not the velvet margarita though, that one's a bit pricier than the other drinks, but damn good! As a vegetarian I stay away from refried beans, but the pinto beans at Velvet Margarita are vegetable based which makes me =D Delicious and great ambiance. I had my 22nd bday dinner here and the manager lost my reservation, but totally made up for it by letting me and my party take the Scarface VIP room upstairs.. WOW, so fun.... !
by Bushnell resident on its a unique place to visit! With a wood stove & NO modern bathroom facilities, its something that steps out of the "good ole days"! Yet has satelite tv to watch sports & an interesting group of people to socialize with. Common watering hole for the local farmers & blue collar workers...as well as local town residents & site of many motorcycle poker runs.
by allie c. on Had a bday dinner here with my family. EXCELLENT service, food was pretty good, and when we told them we were pressing for time, they got our food out as fast as possible. Our server was extremely friendly too but not in the annoying fake way.
by Joaquina Mach on There's a fine line between shithole and a classic place with and edge. I think this is the latter. I dunno, there's something about the vibe this place has that make me want to get drunk and dance. Also I want to throw a party here...and I probably will, at some point. I give it 3 stars now, with hopes of bumping it up 1 star next time. I checked out Bionic on a Sunday night for some House music. I got there around 10:15, which was way too early. Come around 11:30 or so when things (start to) fill up. The place was still half-empty by the time I left (1:30AM), but I attribute this to 2 things: 1) Rainy sunday night 2) Weekend after new years' I expect next Sunday to have a better showing, and hopefully things will get going a little earlier. The bartender was cool, and I was drinking $2 pabst, so I was satisfied. The crackheads were fun. Check it out, if you're into fat house beats.
