by Shannon F. on I went in, and went out after 10 minutes. I don't see why girls should pay $20 to get in, and then be categorized by if she looked "whoreish" enough to be on what level. Maybe I just don't fit into that kind of "crowd". The only part I did care for was the nice white guy behind the velvet rope who is paid to be sweet to all the girls, and he was good at his job.
by Steph T. on Dear Vertigo, I like you. Your vibe is unique and never fails to make me feel like I've left San Francisco for the night. The bright, tacky lights that fill the bar add a pleasant touch. Your inexpensive and strong drinks give me that perfect buzz needed to appreciate the special films being played on the big screen. I always enjoy getting down to the jams your DJ plays. A little bit of Michael Jackson and a little bit of Snoop Dogg is always appealing to me. Though I am a non-smoker, the smoking patio you have off of the dance floor is great. A couple of my friends are smokers and I went out to the patio with them to experience it and I loved it. Oh Vertigo, thanks again for always allowing me to have a fabulous time in your presence.

I go there and not only do they get me so drunk from their strong and kick butt drinks, but I end up feeling, not so hot, for three days after I go there. For those who like a strong drink and new wave music..then this is your place. Remember though, you may wake up in the morning next to a goth girl with too much make up and a bad childhood or an Emo that fell out of an urban outfitters store....did I say that I love this place!
