Overrated. Overrated. Overrated. Seriously, overrated. It's a waste of time, super cheesily decorated place. We waited in line for way too long and we were a group of gals, and the employees do NOT know how to treat their customers. I'm guessing this place will close down soon enough.

$10 is a good deal. Parking was a pain. I was surprised at the number of cars at night. There were a surprisingly large number of people inside. Too bad the rainforest exhibit shut down right at 830pm. The set up was decent, with bars and music everywhere, which was good. But the biggest disappointment is the exhibits themselves. The California Academy of Sciences simply doesn't have much inside of it, despite it being the size of Walmart on the outside. A few displays here and there, a corner room filled with stuffed animals... This place has no focus on exhibits, no unified theme, no specialization. The most animals viewable were downstairs in a small aquarium area. Though there were some cool ones, how did they choose which ones?

Bootylicous! The Bootie party - Saturday night mashups. I love getting lost in the crowd and sweatin' to the oldies remixed at 1,000 BPM. I feel like I'm on that one Sprite commercial where everyone's sexy and slammin' on the dancefloor. It turns out I was really hammered and sweaty. Worth the delusion...
