Went for a large birthday party. Great service, good diverse crowd, delicious mole, the bean dip and salsa openers are amazing, good strong drinks, atmosphere fantastic, the outside smoking lounge out back is fantastic and the owner, Eva, is my new favorite person in the world. Viva Velvet Margarita! Its in the assy part of Hollywood but the parking next door was only $5.

Ahhh I do like to dance, but was unfortunately brought along to Bunker and I didn't really care for going. I was being a gentleman and agreed to go along even though I do not really know how to dance to industrial/goth music. Well the really positive thing about this place is that there is free parking. Sometimes it is a hassle to find it, but what is interesting is along your journey to discover the free parking you will see wandering goths roaming the streets. Which makes it seem like you are in a horror film. I just don't get into the whole goth club scene, but that is just me. I do not dress appropriate at times and usually get stared at all the time or get told something by the people that work there. I usually dress in my usual club attire (a suit). Well anyways what always gets me and I have shared this before with people. Why don't any of these DJs play anything from Rammstein? I really enjoy Rammstein's music and I know their earlier stuff is more dancy/industrial, but I don't really hear any of that. Just curious is all.

I went here for one of the monthly mash-up nights and although I wasn't as crazy about the music as I thought I'd be, I really liked the people. It was a very diverse crowd but no annoying guys trying to grind on you while you are shaking your booty. I loved walking around this place and checking out all the boys. I felt like a model walking a crazy maze of a catwalk. There is a large upstairs area with a dance floor, and a bigger dance floor with a stage downstairs. Overall, a great space!
