by Emerson Rasp on I sometimes have lunch at Copa and never been disappointed. While it's Tex-Mex, it's good is quality and portions for a very reasonable downtown price - about $6-10 per entree. The tortilla chips are freshly made and the accompanying salsa is quite spicy!
