This place gets extremely crowded. I mean super jam packed, ass cheek to ass cheek kind of tight. But sometimes it's actually worth it. The drink prices are totally not worth it but that's why you go across the street and buy strong cheaper drinks and then stumble over here when you want to dance. The place is pretty small, the dance floor is way small and the smoking patio is actually bigger than what you'd think. As like any other club, they'll let you climb up on anything you want to dance on as long as you're having fun/are girls. There are some major douche bags here but it's ok because usually they'll end up buying you a drink. Be careful walking out, the ledges where the booths are set up on your right peek out quite a bit. If you don't watch out you'll end up like me, with a scared knee where I busted my leg on the corner of a ledge. I still have the scar to prove it!

It's too bad that they don't get very memorable bands coming thru here on a regular basis - it's an easily forgotten spot and DEAD most times. A few years back they had booked regular performances by Ledisi and her funk band Anibade, a sort of houseband arrangement. It was cool to be able to rely on seeing a good band when you dropped in; Thursdays, I think. If you get there a little early, they have a decent kitchen, with more than just bar food. You can score one of the seats along right hand side of the stage room and have an unobstructed view when you've finished dinner and the show has started. I just went back again tonite and saw Maria Taylor (such a beautiful voice). Great show, and the bartenders are up-to-the-rim on the pints. Nice.

Always stop in here on our way out on the town, the drinks are tasty and it is relatively spacious for a city establishment. Not many ladies however so it is definitly BYOB "Bring You Own Bush".
