The infamous strip club, turned church, turned night club has done quite an overhaul. The new plush dance spot is glammed up and suited in black and gold trim. They did an impressive job with the audio and visual effects for the big open space. The upstairs VIP level are enclosed in glass holds a DJ Booth and two private bars. The dance floor surround the main floor's VIP section (similar to Club Mansion in South Beach). The main bar stretches the length of the back wall. Bottles are showcased on high glass shelves lit by large projector/ LCD screens. Guest list is a MUST and Table service is highly advised. They do a good job integrating the vip table with built-in glass holder and ice bucket. I hate for a table to be cluttered with unnecessary things when it can be used as a dance top near the end of the night, lol. Looking forward to see what type crowd they attract in the upcoming months.

Happy Hour was great! I expected a huge bill but it was cheap considering the atmosphere/location. Bar tenders were very nice and music was great!

The Estate promotes itself as the poshest club in Boston; it does attract some big name DJs, but the interior decor can be improved upon if it wants to be taken seriously, and I found that the few LCD TVs to be lacking in size and presentation. As with any club, be prepared to spend at least $100 if you want to have a fun time, I don't get people who go clubbing and complain that it was too expensive - it's a club! Unlike other clubs I've been to, this is the only place where fights over girls haven't broke out yet. The bouncers gave me a hard time when they couldn't find my name on the guest list. It took them a few moments to realize that they were looking at the wrong list - good going meatheads! The acoustics were good, as were the lighting, and the fake snow that dropped from the ceiling. There is a second level with cages that dancers perform in. As with any club, showing up later is better than earlier. This is a good club overall, but its got some work to do before it can be considered the premier dance club in Boston.
